Task Description
I am creating an India Cultural Center Website and require something very basic. All I really want done is someone to design a header that doesn't clash with the third style theme using whatever color you think is best. I want an American flag and Indian flag incorporated into the header and whatever sort of India/American spice you may want to add. T
