You agree to DesignCrowd's User Agreement, which includes:

  • You will only submit original work that you own
  • You agree to grant DesignCrowd an exclusive and global license to display your logo

You agree that should your design be awarded 1st, 2nd or 3rd place:

  • You will transfer copyright and ownership of the submitted designs and source files to DesignCrowd permanently in exchange for the above mentioned amounts
  • You will not sell, transfer or use the design submitted from that point on
