Task Description
We need a web design for a new company called "Elite Cyber Athlete League" or ECAl.TV for short. This will be a professional gaming league for north america, focussing on giving an avenue for gamers to go pro. Initially the the league will focus on DotA2 with plans for expansion at a later date. We are fairly open to designs and colors but would like the final product to communicate a professional setup.
am flexible with design cost. The budget listed is just a tentative indication
