Task Description
I want an impressive Wordpress theme for a small boutique hotel’s website.
The hotel is based in Istanbul
The hotel is called “Jakaranda Hotel”. Jakaranda is a lilac coloured tree and we’d like this branding to feature in the theme.
The hotel is boutique. It’s friendly, small, clean, budget-conscious and in the centre of Istanbul.

Clear
Friendly
Trustworthy
Easy
Central Istanbul
The Jakaranda tree - we’d like this to be the main feature in the design. Maybe use the trees branches in a creative way in the background.
The functionality I’m looking for:
Clear navigation
Content will be based across 5-6 pages (could be more or sub-pages may be added later)
Good balance between images and textual content
Floating social sharing buttons
Emphasis on action: Make a Reservation section (with changeable price displayed) prevalent on front and inner pages
Testimonials emphasised
Facebook connect integration (and space for other social proof)
Photos - Similar to the examples, we’d like a different photo to form part of the background of each page.
Colour scheme - The photos mentioned above are bright and light-coloured, so the content and navigation must contrast well with this.
The booking engine will be integrated into the site so this does not need to be designed, but the page it will sit in should be created by you.
The Wordpress back-end side should be easy to customise and change by us, with a clear stylesheet.
