I need to see all the details of our customers products and address details, etc,as part of the suggested layout.
please forward your designs and include sample layout of customers products and details as shown in our existing kosher certificate.
there are many examples of other company's kosher certificates on line.

the kosher certificate sample must include the customers address details in full TOGETHER with their product details in full as shown in the existing sample in the attachment for the company called SCALAZO FOOD INDUSTRIES

- please delete the word DAIRY from the logo!
REMOVE the following english words and numbers in the candelabra graphic:

all customer details: i.e. name, certificate number, type of products, etc.
