Task Description
I would like a newspaper ad for my campaign for election to City Council. The banner ad is 10 cm high x 26.2 cm wide. The banner will contain a photo and the following text (or words to similar effect):

COMMUNITY
Lifetime commitment to local clubs, charities and international aid

Founder of Next-Door Day
Councillor, Mediator, B.Sc., MBA

I use MS Publisher and PhotoShop so I'd like the product to be in a form I can use. After ther banner ad is done, and if it is good, I wish to pay the designer to use the same theme to produce another newspaper ad, a brochure and a poster.
My simple version is attached. A photo is also attached.
I'm hoping you do better.
