Update:
I've uploaded a jpg file with some designs that I like for inspiration!
Just a few good designs has come in, and a whole lot of not so good ones. Please, if you don't know how to make a professional logo, DO NOT SUBMIT.

Our company, BOLLE I OVNEN (Bun in the oven), is planning on making our own label on imported clothes.

We'll be selling cool kids/baby clothes like t-shirts, dresses, rompers etc. Ladies between 20-35 will probably be the group we are aiming for.

The brand name, Bolle, will be on tags or as a printed tag. It will be on the website, and also on the plastic envelope (mailing bags) the clothes will be shipped in.

It's up to you if you want to make a logo for the brand: Bolle.
Or if you want to make a logo for the website: bolleiovnen.no

Reason: I still have not recieved anything that is really close to what I'm looking for.. It's a difficult process, and no design is as simple and cool as I want it to be. I recieve a lot of design with poor color combinations that does not work, and with horrible illustrations. Maybe a symbol or a mascot would do good. I'll be out travelling another week now, but when I come back I'll sit down and go thru it all. I'm thinking maybe it would work with a simple symbol with the logo.. like Facebook has a small blue graphic with an "F" on it. How about a "b" or "B"?

We extended our deadline because we have been out travelling and also not seen the logo that really works yet. Too many cheesy designs, and a few good ones, but not spot on yet.

Hi,
I see you have extended your deadline on this project again. Its clear you have some sort of idea of what you are picturing in your head. Perhaps some productive feed back to the designers who are trying to imagine what you are thinking will help in this task. I noticed on your board you have plenty of people asking for feedback, and myself as well did not get any sort of comment or feedback regarding my submission. It is possible to have someone just "bam" create something you will see and like off the bat, but this is a creative process as well so if that moment hasn't happened for you out of 330 submissions you might want to consider given the requested feed back, so they can move forward in a direction more suited to your view.

Hi, thanks for your feedback.
Out of the over 300 designs submitted, there are maybe 10 with some potential, the rest is not worth even looking at. I've been upset with all the crap that has been showed.

I want a professional looking logo, not a school project style logo. No offence to the real designers out there, just to all the rest who should re-consider what they are doing.

I'm sorry for blowing out steam like this, but I've been exited every time an email pops in with a design, and I've been yelling angry things when I see the design submitted.

The logo should be:
1. Professional
2. Clean
3. Creative
4. Fresh!

You know straight away the moment you see it if the logo has potential. I've been showcasing the best ones to friends, and there is not a clear winner. I really wish that I could say that there was. I have attached some designs that I like in my brief, but very few has followed them. I'm uploading a couple more tonight, and I'll let the last designs come in before picking a winner at the end of this weekend.

So it''s important to read the description, and also look at the inspirational logos I''ve uploaded.
I''m not a logo designer, so it''s hard for me to say exactly what colors and style that works well, but I can tell within a second if the logo has anything to it or if it''s not suitable at all. I''ll leave the designing up the designers. Only bad thing is that there are too many "designs" I recieve that I could easily make myself by downloading a font from dafont.com and using a different color than black.

Look at the jpg I uploaded with a collection of logos that I like. And be creative and come up with a cool way to present it :) But it has to look professional, and by that I mean that it can not look like a "homemade" piece of shit, but it has to be made by a designer who has the eye for what looks good :)

Feel free to ask specific questions, and I will try to answer.
