Task Description
We are please with the general layout of our site, however we want it to have a more polished, professional look.
We want the same general layout, and the same images we have, but want it to look more upscale.
The site is , and there will need to be about 10 or so pages re-formatted with this more polished look (which shouldn't be too difficult, since they're all in the same similar layout).
Please let us know what you need to make a bid.
*** We also may want the home page to list all 50 states. This seems to help with SEO for each of those states.

Requirements
Must Have:
- All the same features and primary images currently on site. A feel that instills confidence in the site. Utilize 'approval seals' (VeriSign, PayPal Verified, etc.) in a subtle but prominent fashion. We like subtly in our site - a relaxed, understated tone - nothing that 'screams' at people. The feel of our site is calm confidence, and the 'feel' of an actual bankruptcy court site. Many people think we Are the bankruptcy court when they visit us, which makes them feel comfortable and confident in the court documents we deliver.
Should Not Have:
- No flash, no images for button (site currently uses images for buttons in banner - we want to eliminate that).
